Required Education: See Requirements Location: Fort Polk, Louisiana Required Experience: See Requirements Contact: Michael Whetstone Grade: N/A Employee Type: Salary – Full Time Bid opened: 10/27/14 Job Category: Scenario Development Job Type: Public .:: Essential Job Duties: Develop daily Intelligence Summaries (INTSUM), scripts and storyboards to support daily Commander’s Battle Update Briefings, Targeting Working Groups, Company Intelligence Support Teams, etc. Plan, coordinate, and produce operational synchronization matrices of scenario events used by the CAI Constructive Training Division to simulate notional friendly (US and Allied) and enemy unit locations and actions in notional unit areas of operation. Synchronize developed products with scenario planning teams as required during scenario development and rotation execution. .:: Mental/Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations. Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. .:: Education/Experience Requirements: Required Experience: Graduate of a US Army Officer or Warrant Officer Basic Course and Advanced Branch specific schools; or Graduate of US Army Basic and Advanced NCO Academies and Advanced MOS specific schools. Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Exhibit knowledge and skills related to current Joint/Army intelligence and operations doctrine. Must be able to effectively and independently research, develop, organize, and communicate concepts and ideas orally and in writing. Must be functionally proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. Willingness to relocate or currently residing within commuting distance of Fort Polk. Desired Experience: BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university. CGSC (ILE) graduate or Sergeants Major Academy graduate. A minimum of four years assigned to an active component division G2/G3 or brigade S2/S3 staff. Experience in CTC scenario development or exercise design and maneuver control of brigade or higher level military field training exercises.
