Assuming the answers give are true ... they cant cut your water pressure, they can cut it off, but wont because its contrary to your constitutional rights (and if they do, I guess youll sue THE LOCAL AUTHORITY for non-performance under existing contract for in perpetuity supply of water and that case will end Irish Water ... ) ... so ...why recognize the change of contract and pay for what you have already paid when you paid for the installation?
