At a time where all Muslims are being painted with the terrorist brush, this is a reminder of what can happen when we stereotype a section of the community. This (white) cop from South Carolina shot a (black) medical courier for doing exactly as instructed. Did the police officer let societys and possibly his own prejudice of young black men influence his decision to shoot? Would this have occurred if the victim was replaced with a white women? The police officer has been sacked and is awaiting a trial which could see him spend up to 20 years in prison.
