At first the response had me because the responder stated that he was well educated. I find fault in that statement now. I find fault in the statement because someone who is well educated would use critical thinking in their response(s). If either one of the responders statement was true it begs the question as to Why is the divorce rate so high? If women not of color would just comply and not seek to divorce there would not be so many broken homes if the responders statement had any truth and or merit. What I find hard to understand is why does it matter what color the person skin is - a relationship with a human is a relationship that is subjected to human demands, fears and phobia. Once that is understood then the relationship has no concept of color of skin but is effected by ones culture.
