At my work instead of having fire extinguishers to grab in the event of a fire there are airhorns in boxes stationed everywhere on the walls because if a fire did occur trying to fight it would be futile,so everyone has been trained to hear the airhorns and hit the exits because a fire would be an inferno in minutes. I was holding an airhorn in my hand friday afternoon looking at it and while fighting my fleshy desire to pull the trigger I couldnt help but think of the concept of sounding something that caused everyone that heard it to flee the fire thats coming.---I remember when I was a baby christian crawling around on the floor of ignorance that it seemed so incredible that God would forgive me for all sin that I commit throughout my life,after all,thats what I had been told. But eventualy I would lay aside what man had told me and seek what God had to say about it--we all heard of the gerber life grow up plan,well I was canceling my membership for the Gods grow up plan for life!----What I would come to learn would explain why it sounded so incredible,and,sound the horn that it was time to hit the exit on what man had told me.--the bible interprets itsself,it lays out the blueprints for what must be done,and what must not be done again--the bible comes with the floorplans of where we are and where we must be.--- Jesus was the grace of the father extended to us,the atonement for are sins! As john 3:16 says :whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life"--after much study on this topic[years ago] it became apparent that this verse has some messages that seem hidden at times to the vast majority,words are used in particular areas of verses or sentences to show the reader that the verse has stipulations FOR EXAMPLE JOHN 3:16 uses the word "SHOULD" [should not perish] to show the reader that there would be those that believe in Him,and that there would be those who REALY believe in Him. Countless millions recite this verse often either ignoring or being blinded to a keyword right in the very verse. John did not say "will not perish" he said "should not perish" because he understood that even if a person believes the gospel and confessed that Jesus was the saviour it doesnt mean that they will go on to live in obedience and become transformed,walking in newness of life. And sadly enough it has these same countless millions of people believing their saved just because the said they believe. WHAT A TRAJEDY!!! We need to sound the horn for these spiritualy confused people, because I encounter them quite often and try to lead them to the truth, and I can say something else about then too,they also believe that they can sin and just pray it all away at the end of the day and totaly ignoring HEBREWS 10;26 [and many more that say the same thing]---What is the Will OF GOD?, Its becoming a NEW person,being TRANSFORMED, being OBEDIENT to the word of God, DEPARTING from sin, DYING to self [and much more] and it is written that we recieve the promise AFTER we have DONE the will of God[ HEBREWS 10;36]----Does the bible say that if we are not holy,we shall not see the Lord?> Hebrews 12:14
