At the market 22 March 2014 we have our first market at our new home, all be it for 6 weeks only, all going well. We are in the Grant Pavilion at Surf Coast Shire Civic and Community Precinct. The street address is 1 Merrijig Drive Torquay. It is diagonally opposite Bunnings on the Surf Coast Highway. We have Hidden Secrets, Otway Prime, Rosies Cupcakes, Moorish Spices, Leighgrove Olives, Annettes Kitchen, Mill Me Fresh, Organic Mojo, Mamacino, Berry Organic, Peter Dorman Apples, Salami Shack, Growing Wild Plants, Frank the Green Grocer, Pennyroyal Bush Baker, Otway Apiarist, Bellbrae Organics, TLC Body Scrub, Albertos Delicacies, Rays Rainbow Vegetables, 2 & 5 Market Garden, Beastie Bites, Sancreed Flora and Bill from Otway Life Blueberries is dropping in to support the market in its move, no blueberries unfortunately, but a great belief in the Torquay Farmers Market. There will be a cafe, Mark from Ocean Grind and Tahli with her Chai have an expresso machine and the makings for Chai and doubtless other treats. It will not be easy to work the market in the pavillion, going to be a lot of work for every one but we did not want to shut down for 6 weeks while the planning application runs and this was our only option.
