At the town hall meeting today in Fort Collins with Representative Arndt, Representative Ginal and Senator Kefalas, they presented the bills they were working on this session--none mentioned were specifically about cannabis, (so far, late bills were not discussed) but the TABOR refund was mentioned in reference to SB 1 and other bills. IComply asked how much of the TABOR refund was related to recreational marijuana tax revenues. The answer: over 30 million dollars. Senator Kefalas said when he had more time, he would like to discuss the negative aspects of Amendment 64.
