First exercise is 1 minute, second exercise is 40 seconds and third is 20 seconds. 1. Alt lunge with floor touch, alt jump lunge, rocket ship 2. Squat hold, narrow squat pulse, explosions 3. Bridge on elevated object, bridge hold, alt leg up 4. Burpee (JJ ), mountain climbers, explosions 5. Leg raise, scissor legs, scissor legs side to side 6. Donkey kick right, fire hydrant right, knee in diagonal press out 7. Same thing left side 8. Up downs or trainers, high knees, heel kicks 9. Full sit ups ( crunches) reverse sit ups, butterfly crunch 10. Superman lat pull, sumo pulse, push-ups Add a bonus 1 min plank Modify where needed :)
