Athletes.. For tomorrows WOD heres some info from Jared: Fridays WOD is not for time. Each movement should be done with impeccable form. So no timing..and scale if necessary to keep form. It should be done like a wod but at a relaxed pace so that good form can be achieved in every rep. If a person needs to rest to achieve solid form its fine although if good form can be held it can be done as fast as possible. The important thing though is keeping the movement good.
