REGISTER NOW FOR ORIGINS 2015 INTAKE transitdance.au/#!origins/c7ej TRANSIT ORIGINS CONTEMPORARY DANCE PROGRAMS have been professionally devised for dancers 10 - 18 years of age who have a passion to expand their craft in contemporary dance. Our extension programs seek to expand young artists understanding of contemporary dance whilst developing strong contemporary technique foundations and creative ability. With a strong focus on individuality, participants gain extensive knowledge on how their body works, where their own limits are, weaknesses and strengths and are worked specifically on these. Students will cover subjects including progressive ballet technique, contemporary technique, floor technique, contact, improvisation, composition, anatomy, nutrition, safe dance practice, multimedia and production. We offer over two years Cert I, II & III in dance for levels 2, 3 and 4 which places all successful applicants in perfect position to transition into our Cert IV & Diploma Transit Dance Pre-Professional Pathway courses.
