Attention: Hairdressers, bartenders, and other folks that are in the public eye and able to be heavily tattooed and also live in good ol lake county. Im looking for some walking billboards. You have to be very open to my artistic interpretation of your ideas and the tattoos will have to be done in a very visible place. Preferably arms. Im only looking for two or three people and I will be taking them based on ideas. I will also be doing the work on my own time (after hours and days off) and at a discounted rate.
