Attention Parents! Parent Committee Meeting this Weds @ 5:30! Dear Parent(s): Since 1991, our agency has been providing unique and engaging recreational and educational opportunities for youth in our community. As the only agency providing these types of services in our area, we are continually striving to utilize and maximize resources and funding for the benefit of our participants. Unfortunately, like many other non-profits, resources and funding are becoming increasingly more difficult to attain but the demand for services continues to grow particularly with our youth. Therefore, several parents have requested a Parent Meeting to discuss a formation of a Parent Committee. This committee’s goal is to assist the staff and board members with the unique recreational and educational opportunities that are offered to our youth. Please plan to attend on October 29, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the rec. room at BeauCARE and kept to 30 minutes as we all know that everyone has a busy schedule with our families after a long day of school and work. Please plan to attend as we always embrace participation from parents.
