On Saturday, May 10th, 2014 I flew from Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson airport to John Wayne airport in Orange County on Delta flight #1251, and on this flight I left a tan, leather bound journal (8x10 in size, gold filigree pages) in the seat pocket of seat 23B in front of me. I have been writing in this journal for seven years, ever since my husband gave it to me right before my oldest daughter was born. I have written countless letters to my children in this journal. My two children are the only ones I write to and for in this journal. It contained their first sonogram pictures, pictures of their nurseries, my hopes, dreams, wishes, life lessons, through the good and the bad of the last seven years. It is priceless to me. We have made a lost and found claim with Delta Airlines, but Im not sure we have any other recourse at this point to find it. So, Im reaching out through any form of social media that I can. If you know someone who works for Delta in any capacity or even the local news stations here in Atlanta, would you please pass this information along? Im willing to try and contact any resource I can to get this journal back. Please pray that God sees fit to miraculously return it to me. I feel like a giant piece of me has just gone missing.
