Attention all owners of Bukit Sentosa 2, Rawang (or for property agents, kindly inform your clients who are owners of above township; or for anyone who knows your friends/relatives are owners of above township, kindly inform them this issue) There is a company going around and illegally occupied as many units as possible in Bukit Sentosa 2 (without owners acknowledgement) and building its empire by fencing up public roads, install spot lights/cctvs/water tanks etc, as well as employ many foreign workers (legally or illegally). This illegal occupant has been taking the units as many as over 30 units, and backdated to few years ago until now, thus the rightful owners have since lost their eligibility of 70% rebate from MDHS for assessment! As this illegal occupant lied to MDHS officers that it rented the units from the owners, while MDHS officers could not trace and verify this with the owners, because MDHS does not have the latest contact of these owners. Beware that the illegal occupant has also connected electricity cables within the units and thus may have incurred high electricity bills, done damages to the internal structure etc, yet need not pay a single cent for any rental/repair.. This company is earning tonnes of money using our units without paying anything! This illegal occupant is going around the whole area of Bukit Sentosa to occupy the abandoned units (from BS 1, BS 2 to all other areas).. I have lodged police report but no action taken against the illegal occupant, while my complaint to MDHS only yielded a compound to the company, however, the compound amount is not much compare to the money it has earned by using our units and saved without paying rent! The sad part is that this company is also having 2 units of their own factory in Bukit Sentosa 2, but taking advantages of other owners who has been paying assessment and tanah charges faithfully throughout all these years! I urge all Bukit Sentosa 2 factory owners to call me (012-907 5267) to discuss further action on this company, as I am also one of the victim.. Attached some photos
