Attention castle valley residents. Due to the recent flooding in the local area the event center on Fairgrounds Road in Price is being opened up as an evacuation center for those families that have been displaced due to the recent flooding. Cots and other necessities will be available. The Red Cross is on its way to also assist with these efforts. Another big storm is predicted for this area so know that at any time you need to utilize the event center you are more than welcome. The Road Department on Airport Road in Price is in need of volunteers to help with the filling of sand bags and that is where sand bags will be available if you need them. As of right now Pillings Trailer Court has already been evacuated. The HELP line is also going to be made available real soon. The number is 472- HELP.
