Attitude!!!! It is all about your attitude and perspective. If you think that you will have a bad day, chances are you will. If you make up your mind to walk tall and not let what others say and do negatively affect you... then you will be able to accomplish more because you are not worried about them. When you think outside of yourself and your situation, you can be helpful to others and be filled with the joy that comes from knowing you helped someone. NOTHING is permanent. That means happiness and sadness are like the eternal tides in the ocean of life... it all comes and goes. Be flexible and teachable and remember to listen to all sides of things and decide for yourself. There is, and will only be, one you!
