Attitude is 90% of everything. With fitness, if you dont think you are going to see changes or you dont have faith in the process, then guess what?! You arent going to be as committed and therefor you may struggle to succeed. If you believe what you are doing is the right path and you are positive about the process, youll find little things here and there, like your strength increasing with certain movements, your clothes fitting better, little bits of definition that werent there before. Youll be grateful for the small things and that will empower you to do even better! Progress yields more progress because the new changes motivate more than anything else could. The biggest thing separating people from what they truly desire to accomplish is the attitude. Believe you can and you will. Believe that you cant and you wont.
