Attn friends with intact female dogs bigstory.ap.org/article/usda-cracks-down-internet-pet-sales This is the P.U.P.S. act and if you have 4 or more intact female dogs 4 months of age or older and sell pups/dogs to people at a distance (without them coming to your home ie: ship the dog/pup) you will have to be licensed/inspected under this act If all (and I mean all) of your buyers come to your home and see the dogs/pups themselves you will not need to be licensed/inspected (except as your state and local laws mandate)
