We should take every opportunity to proclaim the blessings of God (Nehemiah 12:27-29). 2. God desires personal purity before any participation in a work for Him (Nehemiah 12:30). 3. God gives those who labor for Him abundant reason for thanks (Nehemiah 12:31). 4. God’s work is usually accomplished by a variety of God’s faithful people (Nehemiah 12:32-36). 5. There is room and time for everyone when it comes to celebrating God (Nehemiah 12:38). 6. Genuine, God-given joy can be a powerful witness to the world around us (Nehemiah 12:43).
