August 8th, 1970: 80 Orcas were rounded up using speedboats and explosives. 7 were brutally captured, shipped to marine parks. 5 Orcas were killed. A 4 year old was taken from her mother, sent to the Miami Seaquarium. WE WOULD NEVER STAND FOR THIS IF THIS WAS BEING DONE TO HUMAN BEINGS, WHY ARE WE ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO FELLOW SENTIENT BEINGS? WORST OF ALL, WE ARE THE KIDNAPPERS, MURDERS AND TORTURERS. WE ARE. WHETHER YOU ARE ACTIVELY INVOLVED OR CHOOSE TO PASSIVELY IGNORE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING, YOU ARE GUILTY AS WELL. IGNORANCE MAY BE BLISS FOR YOU BUT ITS TORTURE FOR SO MANY OTHERS. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT WHALE AND DOLPHIN CAPTIVITY. IN DOING SO YOU SUPPORT THE MURDER, KIDNAPPING AND TORTURE OF THESE BEAUTIFUL CREATURES.
