Authorities issue mail box renting regulations Minister of Communications and Minister of State for Housing Affairs Salem Al-Utheina issued a ministerial decision on Wednesday regulating rental of mail boxes.The ministry undersecretary, Hamid Al-Gattan, said in a statement that the resolution stipulated that a box can be rented at any post box office.He explained some paper work for the application, noting that a box can be rented for three years effective as of April 1st of each year. Fees for an individual amount to KD 15 and KD 30 for commercial institutions.The box will be withdrawn in case fees are not paid as scheduled, and a box cannot be registered for two persons
