Autism Society San Diego Coffee Talk Wednesday, March 19, 2014 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. La Costa Coffee Roasting 6965 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA Sit....Chat....Relax. This is an opportunity to meet up with others facing similar life challenges in a comfortable, relaxing environment. As part of our ongoing effort to provide useful resources to the local autism community, we are pleased to announce that our new mobile lending library will now be available at all Coffee Talk events, as well as Family Gymnastics and North County Support Group. This meeting is hosted by: Lynn Kirsch, SLP, is a wife, mother of two and speech-Language Pathologist. She is the owner/Clinical Director of Kirsch Therapy, a pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinic that provides services to numerous families of children with autism in addition to other speech and developmental disorders. She is the parent of two children with special needs and a Director on the Board of the San Diego branch of the Autism Society of America. Michelle Wolfson, MFT, is the parent of three children, one with Down syndrome and one with autism and has been married to Alan for 27 years. Besides her professional counseling and educational advocacy practice for families with children having special needs, she is the immediate past Chair of the NCCSE Community Advisory Committee and is active in parent support groups in Carlsbad.
