Automation just doesnt work on some things.Trying to send out resumes on this automated application software. Cant you just send a live person a fing resume anymore? EVERYTHING HAS TO FILTER THROUGH THIS FORM AND INTO A DATABASE! It doesnt leave room for info you want to include,.. but leaves plenty of room for shit that is virtually unimporant. LIke a supervisors last know address from 12 years ago. It breaks my heart that we are getting further and further away from face to face communication. And THEN,.. my thought process becomes,.. Do I really want to work in an automated world that is so dysfunctional? Maybe I need to spend more time focusing on what business I can run on my own, and less about fitting into a world I dont like. ha ha ha ha ha
