Avocado Hummus Recipe Ingredients Avocado ( 2 - skinned and sliced) Juice from Half A Lime 1 16oz Can of chickpeas - washed and drained 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil A? teaspoon of salt pinch of pepper Instructions Place all the ingredients into a blender - blend ( you can add some more oil if it has a hard time blending ) Taste - if it taste a little flat add a pinch of salt and a splash of lime juice ( really makes a difference) Once well blended serve and enjoy!
