Avoid whining, complaining, criticism, bias and Prejudice. When you speak in this way, it indicates that you are focused on the negative. It becomes tiresome to the person listening to you, and they get the impression that you will speak negatively about them also. These negative communications only detract from the person speaking. Their personality, energy, intentions and focus become less attractive. Speaking negatively even change your facial features an unflattering way. You appear as ugly on the outside as you seem on the inside.
