The next great tech revolution in the U.S. is slowly barreling toward us, a revolution so powerful its capable of dethroning OPEC and reshaping the power structure of the Middle East and its grip on U.S. foreign policy. If it happens, it will free us to focus on Asia and Latin America, as would really benefit us. Its so big it will supplant the Silicon Valley. Yes, its fracking. And yet its inexorably linked to high tech. It will be centered in Texas, which has its own Silicon Valley - and it will be unusually beneficial to Israel, which is one big Silicon Valley anyway. And whats more, the revolution could be mega-magnified by that other powerful force for prosperity, the Chilean Model, which just happened to have been first tried on a small scale in Texas, not Chile. With that much potential revolution within revolution would it be surprising if we ended up electing someone from Texas the next president? Its interesting to me that Ted Cruz is from Texas, and Rand Paul has a Texas dad. And there are other Texas possibilities as well. Its like a mega-force might be slowly inching forward.
