Awesome, o.k. one more share since this video depicts how Im feeling today! Status Update... 2 weeks and four days after falling and hurting my back and Being sick for three months prior, from March Until June, with digestive issues, I can now (almost) bend at the waste and touch the floor... I went on my regular (pre-fall) daily walk today and took it at a fast clip, with only minimal pain afterwards, Im hoping to start back doing yoga soon and I CANT WAIT! to be Dancing to the Music too! Whoo hoo!!! Wellness Rocks!!
