Awkward Jehovah Witness door visit today. "Do you believe in a creator?" "No." "Why?" "Science mainly having to do with evolution and how the world is." "Well a good deal of scientists are starting to believe in a creator because of how complex things are. Also the gaps in where things evolved. Like our immune system." Do any of these people read about evolution before they spout this nonsense? All these complex systems are a product of cumulative selection over hundreds of millions of years. Not random chance and not instantly. Besides if God created all the creatures on this planet and they were "good," why has he killed off 99% of the species?
