Awright im prolly gonna ruffle some feathers with this comment but i dont care defriend me. You mean to tell me a grown ass 6.5 312 pound man who is makin millions of dollars left camp cuz his teammates got up from the table at lunch pulling a practical joke on him and theyre calling this and the nickname they called him Big Weirdo BULLYING??? PLEASE GTFOH wit that bull!!!! If this cat dont have thicker skin then that give the Dolphins back they money and go crawl up under a rock!!! This is professional football!!! were talkin bout the most politically incorrect work environment in this country!!!! A workplace where your supervisor not only threatens to fire you on a daily basis but also does it while hes insulting you and in a lotta cases demeaning you in front of your co-workers!!! But we dont mind or care most of the time cuz its just part of the job. Now they do all this most of the time without getting seriously personal or physical but in a way to forcr you to perform up to your professional working potential cause if you dont perform up to that potential you will be fired much much sooner than you want. And also in this work environment your co-workers test your mental makeup because this is a high pressure business and if you cant handle the pressure then you are a liability to the team. Practical jokes are par for the course if you cant handle a practical joke then you cant play in the national football league!!! What is going on with this generation of young folks???? This is aint bullying that dude is soft!!! softer than wet toilet tissue!!! If he was upset it was becuz he played horrible and they brought a guy in to replace him If you cant handle the pressures of the job give them people back they money and go find a job that more suits your personality i mean he graduated from Stanford he should be able to find a job!!!!! Sorry bout this rant but this is despicable!!!
