Awww shit, I just realized it’s five days after Thanksgiving and I forgot to bring out our Elf on a Shelf. Whoopsies! Can someone help me come up with some reasons he’s running late this year? Like maybe a fierce reindeer attack and he’s been healing in the mini elf hospital. I think I can wrap his leg in toilet paper like a cast. Or maybe my kids asked for too many toys so he stayed at the North Pole a little longer to help Santa’s elves make allllllll the shit they asked for. Or wait, how about this one? Maybe I’m just a normal human being and don’t have time for shit like this so the damn elf is going to come out whenever I F’ing remember and have time to dig him out from under all the piles of shit in the basement. #FtheElf
