B&B The Nest The apartment is located on the first floor of a very quiet building and is located in the center of Civitavecchia , 700 meters from the train station and 800 meters from the entrance of the harbor, in an area full of services, postal, banking , as well as shops of every category , from clothing to groceries. The apartment can accommodate one family and is at complete disposal of the host,both for spending the night and for the different times of the day (excluding the hours for cleaning) makes the stay very intimate and exclusive . The master bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress and sprungs. Its possible to use the living room for other use, with a 1.5 sofa-bed. The allocation of all comfort, gas hob , microwave, coffee maker , espresso machine , pots, cutlery , wi- fi, air conditioning and washing machine makes this apartment ideal for medium-term stays . There is no room service , breakfast is served to guests in single portions to prepare themselves to make the most of the holidays.- It will be characterized by the presence of typical cakes made by local artisans, The kitchenette and refrigerator are at complete disposition ofe the guests. The rooms have enough electrical outlets to charge batteries of mobile phones and PCs. The toilet has a large shower, hairdryer, heating, shower disposable packaging and ther use of the washing machine is free . In addition, a small balcony allows the use of a drying rack . The complete change of towels is guaranteed every two / three days. By prior arrangement, despite the brevity of the way for the arrival and departure , we are available to offer free shuttle service to the train station or to the port of Civitavecchia At the time of booking ,a deposit equal to 30 % of the total of your stay by bank transfer , Postepay and Paypal is required.The cancellation of the reservation is free of charge within the 15 preceding days of your stay , excluding bank charges. After this period , it will charge 30 % already paid . In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates confirmed, we reserve the right to request the total amount of the stay. Rooms will be delivered to guests after 13:00 on the day of arrival and will be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. The timetables can be modified to your specific needs , under simple verbal agreements. The payment will be done at the arrival in cash, we do not accept credit cards.
