BALANCED LIVING TIP OF THE DAY - LET IT GO! Are you holding onto hurt, worry, shame, guilt, judgement or criticism? Is there a person who you think about with anger, anxiety or overwhelm? Unless you are willing to have an honest conversation, without judgement, and say your truth, ask questions, and be willing to listen to that individual, you have to be willing to let it go. Sitting with negative emotions is a cancer for the soul. When we hold onto something, we fail to create the necessary clearing for abundance to flow into our lives. Either deal with the situation or let it go. #StepIntoYourPower
