BATON ROUGE, LA - Senior Support Analyst We are seeking a professional and team oriented Senior Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support on company-supported software applications and computer equipment. On-call responsibilities for critical customer issues are rotated amongst the team on a 24/7/365 basis. Specific responsibilities are: • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner • Maintain familiarity with current and previous version of all products, procedures, processes, and technology supported • Create product knowledge articles for internal as well as external use • May consult with other vendors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues General Qualifications: • Computer related degree with 5 years of experience • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Well organized and able to work on several projects at one time with the ability to move from one functional area to another Must Have Technical Skills: • Basic understanding of pc and laptop hardware • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 thru 2012 and Microsoft Windows XP, 7, and 8 • Experience in computer and data/voice network terminology, Active Directory, WAN, LAN, TCIP, and associated protocols and practices • Virtual Private Network solutions (Cisco, Shrewsoft, Sonicwall, etc.) Valued Additional Skills: • Bomgar Representative Console • Footprints Service Core and Asset Core • Cisco Call Manager and Unity, as well as Cisco IP Phones and Jabber • VMware View and/or Virtual Desktops • ITIL foundations, IT Service Management, or Change Management • Experience with working with remote teams and jobsites For IMMEDIATE consideration, please send the following: (1) Resume, (2) Best contact number, (3) Salary history/requirements to james@snellingbatonrouge
