The System of Centers of Energy correlates the “energy centers” (or chakras of the yoga system” and “muscular shells” (Wilhelm Reich). It is an integral system of self knowledge and transformation in the different planes of the human being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. We use movement, the expression, music, the deep corrective massage, lecture of the body and the spiritual work as helpers to mobilize and release the energetic shells of each one of the seve4n corporal segments that correspond to the energy centers and so then achieve the full expression of ho we are. Patricia Rios, (licenciada) master in psychology. Formed in different psycho – corporal therapies: Bio synthesis in Switzerland and Systems of the energy centers in Argentina. Since 1986 she coordinates groups of personal growth: Movement - Conciseness and works in giving personal couching in Spain and Europe. In 1992 she created and starts directing the formation of instructors and coordinates the groups of instructors of the System from a transpersonal vision of the body.
