Sir, I could not understand your reply against my various complaints/requests number #416829 etc. have been registered with you on 23 Mar 14 at 09:28 AM. I am simply asking for Saari which you delivered is of different colour and design on 23 Mar 2014, which I ordered on vide No. 941548869 dt 20 Mar 14 (soft copy of my order in pdf file enclosed). That colour was blue and black and this sari which you have delivered is the different colour and design. However the product code of the saari sticker pasted on the packet is the same ie 30880307. Actually the product code of the saari which you delivered is of purple colour with product code 30880337 which I checked from your site. I think this is done by mistake I am also enclosing the soft copy of the same in pdf file, taken from your site. Please check and exchange the same immediately. order no. 941548869. sub order no. for sari is 74797661 dated 20 Mar 14. Actually I required the blue and black colour and design with product code 30880307 not 30880337. Please read my email message carefully and the take necessary action.
