BELOVED IN CHRIST CHOOSE LIFE THAT YOU MAY LIVE John 3:16-“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. Joshua 1:8 tells about one of the greatest principles of success but it is your choice to choose and engage it. It says “This book of the law shall not depart out of thine mouth...”, that is, speak it to yourself, chew it, mutter it, ruminate on it and digest it. ...thou shall meditate on it...”, not occasionally but every day of your life and then when you meditate, you observe to do according to what is documented there. It says now you not God that will make you successful. Now the question is how often do you meditate the scriptures or speak it to yourself, how often do you find out from the Bible who you are, where you are, what you have and what you can do in Christ? How regularly do you engage it? Psalms 1:1-3 says “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in His law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper” reading and meditating on the word of God is commanded by God but doing it is a choice you make.
