BELOW IS WHAT I LOOKED LIKE TODAY......AND REMEMBER, THIS WAS UNEXPECTED!!!!!!! NOT FAIR, at least I did not do the tracksuit look.... I wanted to be Secretary for my Paralegal Certificate program at Damon Campus Monroe Community College!!!!! So listen to this.....I have been saying I wanted to do an office position since the first day of my classes in September!!!!!! So today, in class they said that we were going to hear about the different offices! I was excited like when hearing about it on the first day! I had planned to make flyers with my face on it! Do a speech...such and such! So, class today stopped and there was a brief break. Someone said who wants to run for office....I said , ...I want to be Secretary!!!!! I picked a low position so I would GET IT!!!! DUH! So......THEN today in class , the last OLD President, Vice President and Secretary came in and asked Who wants to be President....someone raised there hand and was PRESIDENT...then WHO WANTS TO BE Vice President.....someone raised there hand and they were Vice President!!!!!!! Then....Who wants to be Secretary?......Can you believe that this really big blond girl sitting next to the person who said Who wants to run for Office?...raised her hand and then the lady wrote her name down as Secretary!!!!! What? So...I had raised my hand also, but they wrote down the BLOND girls name!!! OMG!!!! Then....I politely said.....I wanted to be Secretary! And...something like lets have a debate for the position. Then some people were like I want to go home.....BLAH , BLAH, BLAH..... But, we had a short debate, I said that I am on the board for Habitat for Humanity, that I am a graduate of Saint John Fisher College and that I have applied to LAW SCHOOL, how it would look great on my resume!!!!! Then her debate went something like.....I am an English major and GOOD AT WRITING! Thats it! Then they walked us out of the room for a VOTE! Then, I came back in and the other GIRL WAS MADE SECRETARY!!!!!! OMG! NOT FAIR! Yes, I pouted, sighed and such..... Then I talked about it a little bit after class and some classmates said, It was GOOD how I defended myself!!!! I did make a note that ME, the Vice President and President and the ONLY People that go for Coffee with the Professor!!!!! So, that would have been perfect! Blond, Brunette and Black girl!!!!!! Not, BLOND, BLOND, Brunette !!!!! THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!! Plus....I had no IDEA THAT THE DEBATE WAS GOING TO BE TODAY!!!!!!!!
