BEST SPECTATING PLACES FOR CONVOY! Convoy is fast approaching!!! This Sunday we will be leaving Beard industrial estate at 10am and anticipate arriving at Gungahlin at 11.30 am. Here are some suggestions to watch CONVOY from. 1. Off to the left hand side of Hindmarsh Drive, before the Monnaro Hwy. 2. Left hand side of Dairy Flat road. 3. Park at the Canoe Boat Shed Reserve car park across from Duntroon entrance. 4. Russell offices car parks then walk to the road side. 5. Parking bays off Parks Way adjacent to Lake Burley Griffin. 6. Car park at end of Anzac Parade. 7. Park at Civic pool and walk to foot bridge over Parks Way. 8. Acton overpass. 9. Caswell Drive Nature Reserve car park just after Glenlock Interchange. 10. Park at east side car park of Canberra Stadium (GIO Stadium), then walk through to the GDE. 11. Safely park the car in Franklin and walk to the foot paths on Wells Station Road and Flemington Road. 12. Large paddocks either side of Flemington Road just before the festival. 13. At the festival where the Convoy will be arriving in Gungahlin.
