BEWARE! Do you have AT&T as your cell phone carrier. If you are on the mobile share plan and you upgrade your phones under the 2 year contract, you will lose the prior $25 per phone discount. We were completely unaware of this and we upgraded 3 of our phones which were eligible for an upgrade, and my bill is now $75.00 higher. I had my call escalated to the office of the President of AT&T, and was told that there is nothing that they can do because this is their current plan. So now, thank you AT&T for raising my cell phone bill another $75.00 plus tax (and all the other fees that fall under administration fees). And my service is still exactly the same. I am sadly disappointed. I am also stuck now for another 2 years until the contracts expire, till I can walk away and go to another carrier (which they are probably all the same). Thank you AT&T for being as loyal to me as I have been to you for the past 25 years+!!!
