BEWARE!!!! I just got the strangest call from some foreigner (very hard to understand). He said he was from Microsoft and wanted to help fix a problem with a hacker trying to access my computer through the internet. I asked him to give me the product key for my Microsoft Windows software to prove that he was from Microsoft. He said that he was actually representing Microsoft and would need to remotely access my computer to get the product key. I told him I already had the key and wanted verification from him. I also said that I would not grant remote access and asked him how I could fix the problem. He got upset and hung up. Afterwards, I did a White Page reverse lookup on the telephone number, and it showed Heavy Spam Activity Suspected, with lots of negative comments about similar calls over the past few days. The number on my Caller ID was 516-206-6815.
