BEWARE OF FLIPKART! The way the new retail marketeers take people for a ride is beyond excuses! I had an HTC Mobile bought and delivered by Flipkart. I got the mobile with the front glass cracked across and when I contacted Flipkart they said they will replace it after talking to me. They contacted me on three days and before our conversation could start they cut off the line. Then now they are silent and Im stuck with a defective phone. What can we do? Im marking a copy of this to the Consumer Forum for necessary action. All beware esp. of Flipkart and dont get cheated by them!
