BEWARE PEOPLE! Last night I received a call saying they were technical support for my broadband provider. Long story short they tried to get me to download a program called teanviewer which allows them remote access to my computer. I was straight on to them and asked for proof of ID etc to which they hung up on after trying to bluff me. I later googled it and they would have charged me £200 or deleted all the files on my computer if Id given them the access. Be warned. The cheeky bastards are out there.
