Job Responsibilities: Provide donor relations support for THD’s Donor Advancement department. Main tasks include: Provide multi-channel cultivation and stewardship for selected donors, with phone outreach as a main channel. Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds. Record donor information from each contact with a donor, utilizing proprietary tracking program. Assist in tracking program outcomes and performance, using existing reporting systems. Conduct internet research on selected donors, on an as needed basis. Other tasks, relating to donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship as assigned. The standard work day will generally be from Tuesday through Friday – afternoons and/or evenings and afternoons/early evening on Saturday. 25 to 30 hours per week. Education and Experience: Two or more years experience working in a sales or customer service call center environment, or equivalent volunteer experience, required. Non-profit experience preferred.
