BIG SAM CONFIRMED AS SPECIAL GUEST AT FAMILY FUN DAY TOMORROW Burnley Football is to host a Family Fun Day at Turf Moor this weekend ahead of the pre-season fixture with Italian side Hellas Verona. The free event, which takes place from 12pm until 2:15pm on the Turf Moor car park, will include a variety of activities for all the family. Face painting, bouncy castles, a display of high performance cars courtesy of Bowker BMW, a bike riding course and a rock climbing wall are just some of the features laid on for supporters of all ages prior to the 3pm kick off. Further football-related activities will also be located in the Elite Training Centre, where fans can test their skills with target-shooting inflatables and even play football on the 5 a-side pitch! And if that wasn’t enough, there will be a guest appearance from the one and only Bertie Bee and even a special appearance from striker Sam Vokes!
