BJPs excitement to form the next government is understandable. But does that mean that their leaders throw lies like that. Modi said Takshila is in Bihar (its actually in Pakistan), said China spent 20% of its GDP on education (real figure is 3.9%), mixed up Shyamji Krishna Varma with Shyama Prasad Mookherjee. Harshavardhan on the other hand claimed he eradicated Polio from Delhi. Records show that in 1998 Delhi had 47 polio cases and in 1999, the number was 73. I fear that if BJP has the audacity to mislead people through factual errors will they be able to perform when in governance.
