BLESSINGS & GREETINGS TO OUR POPE FRANCIS AS VICAR OF CHRIST ON HIS FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF BEING NEWLY ELECTED POPE OF THE UNIVERSAL CATHOLIC CHURCH This Pastoral Letter to my brother bishops of the Universal Catholic Church being the chosen witnessed of our LORD JESUS RESURRECTION inside the HOLY EUCHARIST year 1991-1992 at Poiano, Verona, Italy with our patron saints protector ST. JOSEPH and ST. PIUS X being our Mother Blessed Virgin Mary is the Patroness of the SONS OF HOLY MARY IMMACULATE CONGREGATION, A Pontifical Religious brother and priests as far as I am concerned as pastoral care. It’s been truly a blessing today 14th day of March 2014 after one (1) year to the unexpected and surprisingly announcement of the resignation of our beloved Emeritus POPE BENEDICT XVI to have an ELECTIONS OF POPE and to vote for another NEW POPE as successor of ST. PETER where all the College of Cardinals are majority voted to our beloved NEW ELECTED POPE FRANCIS in today’s one (1) year anniversary being the POPE-ELECT of our Universal Catholic Church as VICAR OF CHRIST and the SUPREME PONTIFF or Head of the Universal Catholic Church. Let us not forget on this pastoral letter that on this 40 days of Lent as we are in nine (9) days after the ASH WEDNEDAY that my greetings to our beloved POPE FRANCIS today being the chosen witnessed of our LORD JESUS RESIRRECTION inside the Eucharist as I actually witnessed and visited the Sit/Chair of ST. PETER and his tomb at the BASILICA in Vatican City, Rome, Italy is important why I have to offer and to be the main celebrant to celebrate the HOLY EUCHARIST/MASS for him having the “fullness of the Sacrament of Holy Orders”, and being member of the College or Body of Bishops this coming Second Sunday of Lent on this 16th day of March 2014. This is why it has a connection as far as the GOOD NEWS of our LORD’S RESURRECTION is concerned as pastoral care on the coming 40 days as an advanced announcement of NOT TO RECEIVE HOLY COMMUNION on this year 2014 after the celebration of the SOLEMNITY OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS on June 27, 2014 that will start on June 28, 2014 into the Feast of the IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY until August 06, 2014 into the feast of our LORD’S TRANSFIGURATION. This is for the College of Bishops and to our beloved CBCP as dedicated the DEUS CARITAS EST MONASTERY, A Contemplative Life of the Ordained as far as endorsement to the DIOCESE OF BAGUIO is concerned that is now to celebrate on its 7th Year Anniversary when it is built and founded last August 06, 2007 into a Temporary HOUSE OF PRAYER that was built in Kapangan, Province of Benguet. The THANKSGIVING MASS to be offered to our beloved POPE FRANCIS of his FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION being the POPE –ELECT of the Universal Catholic Church will be held on March 16, 2014 in the Second Sunday of Lent through the Gospel of Matthew 17: 1-9 that is important to our beloved POPE why the TRANSFIGURATION was, for the Original disciples of JESUS, A REVELATION OF JESUS TRUE BUT HIDDEN IDENTITY as; 1.) The one who accomplishes all that is contained in the Law (evoked by Moses) and the Prophets (evoked by Elijah) and; 2.) As the one who transcends both Law and Prophets because he is the TRUE SON OF GOD. This is why this pastoral letter especially every EASTER VIGIL MASS we focuses on the event itself of the RESURRECTION of JESUS while the EASTER DAY MASS focuses on its proclamation which the Successor of Peter in the see of Rome, as far as our beloved POPE FRANCIS, is, even today the most important official witness to the RESURRECTION OF CHRIST. The First Year celebration of our beloved POPE FRANCIS this coming EASTER will remind him of the TRADITION and the important greeting on EASTER MORN. The Papal household gathers as a family, and when everything is ready, the POPE will say joyfully: “SURREXIT DOMINUS VERE” (The LORD has been raised! It is true.”) and the whole household in chorus respond, “ET APPARUIT SIMONI.” (“He has appeared to Simon”) Luke 24: 34. Happy First Anniversary our beloved POPE FRANCIS!!! God bless us.
