BOBS FURNITURE STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.... My Story, follow me here, it will be worth it. I purchased a top of the line mattress on Saturday. The sales person Darren was great. All down hill from there. The mattress was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday between 11-2pm. No problem, I got it covered. so 2 oclock comes around and no mattress so I go online to track it. Its delayed 15 minutes, again no problem. Then again delayed 10 minutes, then 15, then 20 minutes. Now Im getting edgy to say the least. So I check the computer and it say 4:19pm-Delivered. Really, not to me it wasnt. So, I call customer service and after being on hold forever the guy gets back on the phone and says, It was never on the truck. It was removed because it was damaged. Really? How do you track something thats not even there? I explain that I waited 5 hours, took my room apart, put the old mattress down stairs and now have no where else to sleep. He says it will be delivered tomorrow, Wednesday. And I will get compensation for their screw up. Great, I say. So, the mattress comes and I call customer service and the woman wants to give me a 30.00 store gift card. Well, I went off on this woman, like crazy. Any way after losing time from work 2 times I just got pissed and hung up the phone and told her to shove it up her ass. So Bottom line STAY AWAY FROM BOBS FURNITURE or a least realize if something goes really wrong youll be getting a 30.00 store gift card!! SCREW THEM!!!!!!
