Upon intake, he is extremely nervous and was not liking out medical department giving vaccinations. He is calming down but still nervous. He needs that special and patient foster in order for him to adjust. As per his owner, HE IS A GOOD DOG THAT IS HOUSEBROKEN, LIKES CHILDREN AND OTHER ANIMALS. He is a SMALL chow as his height is below my knee.
