BOYCOTT BLACK FRIDAY - These are just a few of the responses to a Washington Post Article VERBATIM about the Boycott. PLEASE READ, KNOW WHAT A LOT OF POLICE, CORPORATE AMERICA, AND PEOPLE IN GENERAL THINK ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN. Vic Helt · Top Commenter · Senior Systems Engineer at IBM Boycott Black Friday......oh boy, that will show them, wont it! Its insane how the blacks will riot and screw up their own town to defend one of their own. The thug robbed a store, assaulted the clerk, sauntered down the middle of the street, attacked a cop and got SHOT! Why would anyone defend someone who did that? Everyone else is at fault and NOT me. That community needs a big glass of shut the hell up. The best part will be when they charge his step father for inducing a riot now that you see him on that video. Uneducated tyrants man. It will never stop, just let it pass. Im sure the rest of the merchants will be tickled to death to open up on Friday. As for the Mom, Instead of spending her time designing and having tee shirts printed (and selling them), she should have spent the same amount of time 14 years age teaching respect for the law and property. Oh yeah, and common sense, when an officer tells you to halt at gunpoint..........ya all HALT....duh! And, just for the record, I *will* be shopping on Black Friday. Reply · Like · 81 · Follow Post · Edited · about an hour Km Kelley · Farmville I really dont care if they do stay home - that is if they still have one - and not shop on Friday. Probably dont have any money any way. Seems like all the items they took last night should last a while. Maybe they could sell them and make some money.....or do they have a job? And those people protesting by rioting and looting arent making a case for any kind of justice. They are just using threats of violence as intimidation. Where is the justice for the people hurt and the businesses destroyed? Reply · Like · 45 · Follow Post · 2 hours ago Rod Mench · Top Commenter I agree. Cathy. these rioters did not have access to the forensic info ( which, after the grand jury, was said to corroborate the officers story). Forensics dont lie - theyre cold, hard facts. And these businesses werent even involved in this incident in any way! It makes absolutely no sense. Reply · Like · 26 · about an hour ago Km Kelley · Farmville Agree totally. I think this was just an excuse for them to steal and anything other thing they wanted to do. These type of thugs think they are above the law and/or dont have to follow the law - cause they think they are just for the white people. Bunch of dumb a§§es if you ask me. Reply · Like · 12 · 50 minutes ago Karl Whipple I am so sick of the press painting these low life criminals out to be saints when one gets shot by the police. Where is all the outrage from these people for the ones he robbed, mugged, and stole from, and why arent they screaming at the parents for not teaching their kid any dam respect for others property. I hope that every dam business that got looted or burned out, pulls their business out of that neighborhood for good. And the city should not spend one dam dime cleaning up the mess they made of their own neighborhood, if they want it cleaned back up, let them get off their butts, and use their own hands, and MONEY to do it. If they gave a dam about the kids in that neighborhood in the first place, they would have helped the police get the drug dealers, and low lifes off their streets to make it safe for them. I have had my fill of the pity party crap. Raise their taxes to pay for the rebuild, I know I am dam tired of my taxes being taken for that kind of crap to keep being done. Shop to your hearts content people. The actions of the black protesters is making a mockery of the entire race. Do these protesters really believe they are going to get their point across or accomplish anything by looting , burning down businesses and throwing bottles and rocks at the police? And boycotting Black Friday is a total joke as probably most of the protesters dont have jobs or two nickels to rub against each other. Quite frankly considering the mindset of most of the black community if I owned a business Id be thrilled not to have them come shop in my store. None of this looting, etc. makes any sense to me. Reply · Like · 6 · 49 minutes ago Pat Cathey · Gonzaga University From what I saw on tv there was early holiday shopping with really big discounts last night. Loved seeing a tragedy turned into a steal-a-thon. The guy walking out of a store with cartons of cigarettes says a lot about than mans sense of priorities. Such behavior solves nothing. For shame. I might actually go Black Friday shopping, if the crowds arent as bad.
