Apologies Su. Moody and Julie Blencowe. Minutes. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved and signed by the chairman. The secretary apologised for their scanty nature. Planning. PLANNING The committee considered the recent planning applications but had no objections nor any particular comments. Constitution. It was agreed that the amendments to the constitution should be made. B.R.A.Barbecue. The date set for the Barbecue, which will be held in the Chairman’s garden, is 14th September. With A.G.M at 6pm and Barbecue at 7.pm. Date of next meeting.
